Nyons, country of 'happy hills', the Ramade family since 1904 exerts its art for a top-of-the-range production there. From December to January, the olives are daily gathered, brought to the mill where they leafless then are washed. The juice, in accordance with the regulations, is extracted cold and, after filtration, oil is preserved out of underground tanks, heritage of the founder of the mill: Jules Ramade. |
