GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
ARTICLE 1: ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRESENTES GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The fact for a customer of confirming his order on the site www.olive-oil-only.fr (while clicking on button "to validate my order") is worth acceptance full and whole these general conditions of sale in their entirety. The price indicated in the confirmation of order by the Company Olive oil only is the price final, expressed all inclusive of tax and including the VAT to 5,5 % or 19,6% according to products' concerned. This price includes/understands the price of the products and transport according to the weight of the order and the zone of delivery.
ARTICLE 6: THE PAYMENT
The payment of the products is done according to the countries of destination with the solutions suggested on the site. An invoice will be established by the Company Olive oil only and will be enclosed to the parcel.
The products remain the property of the Company Olive oil only until the integral payment of the amount of the invoices.
ARTICLE 7: LITIGATIONS
The complaints or disputes will be always received and studied with attention, the good faith always prevailing at that which takes the trouble to expose its problems.
In the event of litigation, the customer will address himself by priority to the company to obtain a friendly solution.
With defect, the Commercial court of which depends the seat of the Company Olive oil only is only qualified, whatever the place of delivery and the mode of payment accepted.
