This usually widespread food mode on the Mediterranean circumference, and more particularly in Italy of the south, Greece and Crete, made it possible to note a longer life expectancy in these countries. The cardiovascular rate of death related to the diseases is particularly weak in Crete. Olive oil would also constitute a factor anti-carcinogen, and it supports the osseous growth. olive oil would also intervene in the prevention of the diseases related to age thanks to its wealth of fatty acids mono-unsaturated of the type omega 9, present in acid oleic. Its use with the daily newspaper facilitates digestion, allows the fixing of the vitamins and rock salt.
